Refund Policy

Replacement Guarantee: If an activation key does not work after technical verification, it will be replaced.
Activation Method: Depending on the product, activation may be by serial key or by provider account login (username and password) on the vendor page.
1) Product Nature
  • All products are digital and delivered via email only.
2) Are refunds available?
  • After successful digital delivery, refund is not available for change-of-mind or no-longer-needed cases.
3) When is replacement/refund provided?
  • If the key does not work after technical verification.
  • If delivery fails due to a store-side technical issue.
4) Non-eligible cases
  • Incorrect customer email entered at checkout.
  • Product incompatibility when clearly stated before purchase.
  • Usage that violates license terms.
5) Processing
  • Requests are reviewed within 24-72 business hours.
  • If the issue is confirmed: replacement is provided first; if replacement is not possible, a refund is issued via the original payment method where possible.
